Katy started her journey into the unknown after finishing Musical School in the therapeutic and inspirational surroundings of the Lake District where she studied for two years after leaving school.

Singing and song writing was a hidden passion of hers for many years previous to this and, being a very shy child and intimate sort of person, she never saw herself persuing any sort of musical career in her near future.

But something inside her, as with all you doting creative people, kept alight and she clung onto that. Someone once told her she had all this energy inside but never quite knew what to do with it or how to control it. So a lot of how she expresses herself now comes through in her music.

The rest is history.
